1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DataraFlow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DataraFlow internship program, website, platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By submitting an application, creating an account, or participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
IMPORTANT: By participating in DataraFlow, you acknowledge that this is an intensive, high-accountability program with strict performance requirements. Consistent failure to meet program standards will result in removal from the program.
2. Program Description
DataraFlow is a completely free 6-month intensive internship program focused on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The program is designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in structured, high-accountability environments.
2.1 Program Structure
- Duration: 6 months (approximately 26 weeks)
- Time Commitment: Minimum 15-20 hours per week
- Learning Format: Daily milestones, weekly assignments, peer accountability systems
- Delivery Method: Online, remote learning with self-paced daily goals
- Program Phases:
- Month 1: Foundations (Python, NumPy)
- Month 2: Data Analysis (Pandas)
- Month 3: Advanced Analysis & Visualization
- Month 4: Projects & Assessments
- Month 5: Machine Learning
- Month 6: Advanced ML, Cloud & GenAI
2.2 No Program Fees
100% FREE PROGRAM: DataraFlow does not charge any tuition, fees, or costs to participants. We will NEVER ask you for payment of any kind. If anyone requests payment claiming to represent DataraFlow, it is fraudulent — please report it immediately to info@dataraflow.org.
2.3 Merit-Based Awards and Benefits
DataraFlow occasionally provides merit-based benefits to exceptional participants, including but not limited to:
- Laptop Scholarships: Provided to qualifying participants based on application review, demonstrated need, commitment level, and early performance indicators
- Cash Awards: Granted for exceptional performance, competition wins, outstanding projects, or significant milestone achievements
- Gifts and Prizes: Recognition items for community contributions, peer leadership, publication quality, or other noteworthy accomplishments
Important Terms for Awards:
- All awards are discretionary and based solely on merit as determined by program administrators
- There is no guarantee or entitlement to receive any awards
- Selection criteria may include performance data, attendance, assignment quality, peer feedback, and overall contribution
- Awards are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Recipients may be asked to provide identification and banking information for cash award disbursement
- Recipients may be publicly recognized unless they opt out
- Removal from the program for non-performance does not require return of previously received awards
- Tax reporting and compliance are the responsibility of the recipient
3. Eligibility and Application
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To participate in DataraFlow, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Have access to a computer/laptop with internet connection
- Be able to commit minimum 15-20 hours per week for 6 months
- Have basic English proficiency for reading technical content
- Be willing to work in a peer accountability environment
- Agree to publish weekly technical articles or blog posts
- Accept the program's strict accountability and removal policies
3.2 Application Process

- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis
- Acceptance is at the sole discretion of DataraFlow administrators
- We reserve the right to deny any application without providing reasons
3.3 Account Registration
Upon acceptance, you will:

- Provide accurate contact and profile information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1 Daily and Weekly Commitments
As a DataraFlow participant, you commit to:
- Daily Milestones: Complete daily learning objectives and exercises
- Weekly Assignments: Submit all weekly tasks and projects by stated deadlines
- Weekly Publications: Publish a technical article, blog post, or project documentation each week
- Attendance: Participate in weekly roll calls and accountability check-ins
- Peer Engagement: Actively participate in accountability pod discussions and provide constructive peer feedback
- Assessments: Complete quizzes, projects, and competitions as scheduled
4.2 Academic Integrity
You agree to:
- Submit only your own original work
- Properly attribute and cite external sources, code, or references
- Not plagiarize or copy from others without proper attribution
- Not share solutions or answers with other participants inappropriately
- Collaborate ethically and give credit where due
- Report any suspected violations of academic integrity
4.3 Code of Conduct
All participants must:
- Treat fellow participants, mentors, and staff with respect and professionalism
- Communicate constructively and avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Respect diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skill levels
- Maintain a collaborative and supportive learning environment
- Follow platform rules and community guidelines
- Report inappropriate behavior or violations to program administrators
4.4 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining functional computer hardware and internet access
- Installing required software (Python, Jupyter, Git, etc.)
- Keeping software and development environments up to date
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues independently
- Backing up your work and submissions
5. Accountability and Performance Standards
5.1 Performance Tracking
DataraFlow tracks the following performance metrics:
- Daily milestone completion rates
- Weekly assignment submission and quality
- Attendance at roll calls and accountability sessions
- Weekly publication consistency and quality
- Peer feedback participation
- Quiz and assessment scores
- Project completion and evaluation results
5.2 Accountability Pods
You will be assigned to an accountability pod (10-15 members) where you will:
- Share progress updates regularly
- Review and provide feedback on peers' work
- Support and motivate fellow participants
- Hold each other accountable for commitments
5.3 Removal Policy
STRICT REMOVAL POLICY: This program has ZERO TOLERANCE for consistent underperformance. Participants who fail to meet program standards will be removed.
You may be removed from the program for:
- Missed Deadlines: Consistently failing to submit weekly assignments or publications
- Poor Attendance: Missing multiple roll calls or accountability sessions without valid reason
- Lack of Engagement: Failing to participate in peer discussions or feedback
- Low Performance: Persistent failure to complete daily milestones or achieve minimum scores
- Violation of Terms: Academic dishonesty, code of conduct violations, or breach of these Terms
- Inactivity: Extended periods without platform access or participation
- Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information or misrepresenting work
Removal Process:
- Performance warnings may be issued for initial underperformance
- Repeated or severe violations result in immediate removal
- Removal decisions are final and not subject to appeal
- Upon removal, platform access is immediately terminated
- Removed participants may reapply for future cohorts
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Program Content
All program materials provided by DataraFlow, including but not limited to:
- Curriculum content, lesson plans, and learning materials
- Video lectures, presentations, and demonstrations
- Code examples, templates, and frameworks
- Assessments, quizzes, and project prompts
- Platform features and functionality
...are the exclusive property of DataraFlow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6.2 Your Content and Work
You retain full ownership and copyright of:
- Your original assignments, projects, and code
- Your weekly publications, articles, and blog posts
- Your creative works and innovations
However, by participating in the program, you grant DataraFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display your public-facing work on our platform and leaderboards
- Showcase exemplary projects in promotional materials (with attribution)
- Archive your submissions for program evaluation and improvement
- Share anonymized or aggregated data for research purposes
6.3 Open Source and Third-Party Content
When using open-source libraries, frameworks, or third-party content, you must comply with their respective licenses and terms. DataraFlow is not responsible for your use or misuse of third-party content.
7. Publications and Public Content
7.1 Weekly Publication Requirement
As a program requirement, you must publish a technical article, blog post, or project documentation each week. These publications must be:
- Publicly accessible (on Medium, Dev.to, personal blog, GitHub, etc.)
- Original and written by you
- Related to your learning or projects for the week
- Properly formatted and presented professionally
- Submitted with a link for verification
7.2 Content Standards
Your publications must not:
- Contain false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Include plagiarized content
- Violate others' intellectual property rights
- Contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
- Disclose confidential information about other participants
- Misrepresent DataraFlow or make unauthorized claims
7.3 Attribution and Recognition
You may mention your participation in DataraFlow in your publications and professional profiles. DataraFlow may feature your exemplary work in promotional materials with proper attribution.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices.
Key points regarding data usage:

NO GUARANTEES: DataraFlow makes no guarantees regarding employment, job placement, career advancement, or specific skill outcomes. Program completion does not guarantee any particular result. Your success depends on your effort, dedication, and individual circumstances.
9.2 Service Availability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Platform features will always be available
- Technical issues will be resolved immediately
- Content will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
9.3 Third-Party Services
We use third-party services (Azure, email providers, etc.) and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or data practices. We may provide links to external resources, but we do not endorse or control third-party content.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATARAFLOW AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Actions or content of other participants

IN NO EVENT SHALL DATARAFLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (WHICH IS $0, AS THE PROGRAM IS FREE).
9.5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataraFlow, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of others' rights, including intellectual property rights
- Your content and publications
- Your use or misuse of the Service
10. Program Changes and Modifications
10.1 Curriculum Changes
DataraFlow reserves the right to modify the program curriculum, schedule, content, or structure at any time. We may:
- Update learning materials and assignments
- Change timelines or deadlines
- Add, remove, or modify program topics
- Adjust evaluation criteria
We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of significant changes.
10.2 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

- We will notify active participants via email for material changes
- Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
- If you do not agree to changes, you must discontinue use of the Service
10.3 Program Suspension or Termination
DataraFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate the entire program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Lack of funding or resources
- Technical difficulties or security concerns
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
In the event of program termination, DataraFlow has no obligation to provide refunds (as the program is free) or alternative services, but we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
11. Termination of Participation
11.1 Voluntary Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the program at any time by:
- Notifying us via email at info@dataraflow.org
- Requesting account deactivation
Upon withdrawal:
- Your platform access will be terminated
- You will no longer receive program communications
- Your participation records will be retained per our Privacy Policy
- Any awards already received remain yours (non-refundable)
- You may not be eligible to rejoin the current or future cohorts
11.2 Involuntary Removal
As outlined in Section 5.3, DataraFlow may remove you from the program for performance issues or violations of these Terms. Removal decisions are final.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination (voluntary or involuntary):
- Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Privacy), 9 (Disclaimers), 12 (Dispute Resolution), and other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply
- You remain bound by confidentiality and intellectual property obligations
- Published content remains publicly available (as it's already published)
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
